Tanya and Paul Frisby
would like to offer you a very warm welcome to Darwin Cottage. Their main residence, Newton House was a
barn which was converted over 20 years ago. In 2007, they oversaw the conversion of their flint
outbuilding into a cosy two bed roomed luxury country cottage. The cottage is located in the peaceful village of Jevington in a conservation area on the South Downs just outside
of Eastbourne.

Darwin Cottage is enclosed within the courtyard of Newton House and during the
summer months this is an ideal location for a BBQ. Some garden furniture and barbeque equipment are provided for your
use.

Suitability
Our cottage is suitable for the following people and they are
extremely
welcome: - Families
- Couples
- Walkers
- Cyclists
- Golfers

Disabled Access The cottage is not specifically adapted for disabled access, although we have considered people who have difficulty
with stairs when designing the layout of the cottage. There is a small step to get into the property. The double
bedroom is downstairs along with a spacious walk-in shower room with washbasin and w.c. Please contact us
if you have any specific requirements and we will advise you of the suitability of the property.
