Darwin Cottage is available all year round. Between
April and October it is available for weekly lets only unless booking up to four weeks before.
The cottage is usually available
from 4pm on the day of arrival. It is sometimes possible to check in earlier than this. If you need to arrive
earlier than 4pm, please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We also ask our guests to contact
us a few days before your arrival to advise us of your approximate arrival time. We will do our best to be there
to meet you. In order for us to prepare the cottage to a high standard for arriving guests, we kindly ask that leaving
guests vacate the property by 10am on their day of departure.
For weekly bookings, start day is usually
Friday, but guests can also start their week on a Monday subject to availability.
Short breaks are available throughout
the year. They can be booked anytime in advance between November and March. For short breaks starting between
April and October bookings can be taken from 28 days before the date of arrival.
Start days for short breaks
are either Friday - Monday (3 nights) or Monday - Friday (4 nights).

If you wish to make a booking, please contact us to confirm that your chosen
date is available. If it is, in order to secure your booking, please pay £100 deposit. You can do this with a
credit card using the adjacent "pay now" button, or by sending a cheque made payable to Mrs T O Frisby to Newton House, Jevington,
East Sussex, BN26 5QB. The remaining balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday or you can pay cash on arrival. |
